Murgella Travel Box

The Murgella Travel Box project started from the partnership between a young Apulian startup - Puglia Food Box - and the historical Caseificio Palazzo which produces Murgella branded cheeses.

Enclosed in Murgella Travel Box, you find all the experience and flavors of Apulian cuisine to prepare unique and simple recipes, easy to repeat at home, with the quality and excellence of our Murgella cheeses, the real core of this unforgettable taste experience.

Inside every Puglia Food Box there is everything you need to prepare an Apulian recipe made only of natural local products, combined in a gourmet experience blending tradition with creativity, “slow” and “km0”.

The project, in fact, contributes to creating a virtuous network among local producers who supply excellent raw materials, handcrafted according to the highest quality standards and presented in a box hand-packed with care and love.

Murgella Travel Box – festivities 2019-2020 edition comes in two flavors: “Caciocavallo Silano DOP” and “Spizzico di scamorza affumicata” (morsel of smoked scamorza). They both start from two special recipes “featuring” Murgella cheeses to taste, remember and rediscover the authentic flavors of Apulia. In addition to the ingredients, you will also receive a polaroid showing the finished plate and the recipe.
