As stated by Claudia Palazzo, Managing Director of Caseificio Palazzo: ‘TUTTOFOOD is an important event because experiences and visions converge here from all over the world to serve the agri-food sector, and we are very happy to take part in this exchange, as for generations we have been working to promote the know-how of food artisans, innovation and the cultural responsibility of Made in Italy’.
During the event, the company will present its collection of Murgella brand cheeses as the protagonist of the new recipe book born from the collaboration between chef Luigi Pugliese and bartender Giacomo Papi.
Dishes based on pasta filata cheeses and signature drinks such as mozzarella di Gioia del Colle DOP and Gin Beefeater, mini scamorza spizzico and Vodka Ketel One, smoked burrata served with a non-alcoholic cocktail based on vibrant Martini.
In addition, chef Luigi Pugliese and bartender Giacomo Papi will be present at Caseificio Palazzo stand to interpret the catalogue of Murgella brand products and present the recipe book 2023, which includes a selection of 10 dishes inspired by pasta filata cheeses paired with as many drinks.
