Caseificio Palazzo’s Burrata Pugliese was on stage at Silencio, an exclusive club located in the historical district of Montmartre, Paris. Considered as a successor to the Parisian Salons and literary cafés, it welcomes a selected number of members from creative and artistic communities.
Here where all is about art, on 22nd October the Palazzo family presented their most sublime piece of art, Burrata (fresh and smoked), a fusion between genuineness and quality, tradition and innovation, which warmed up the hearts of those attending the event.
Thanks to the creative mind of Chef Elsa Marie (Les Pères Populaires) 3 fanciful recipes were served in combination with two wines, Sancerre Blanc de Chez Vacheron (2011) and Rosé Miraval Cuvée Pink Floyd (2012): Burrata with rocket and mint salad, chorizo and flaked almond, a perfect mix between sweet and savoury, all freshened up by the mint and exalted by crunchy almonds; Burrata with thyme and lemon crumble, on a capsicum and smoked chilli pepper coulis; Burrata and potato salad with capers and artichokes.
A new success for “Madame Burrata”.
