At the end of the competitions held on the occasion of the Italian Cuisine World Summit, an outdoor Italian-style aperitif was held on Piazza Grande, inside La Bussola on the Beach restaurant. All participants, sponsors and chefs gathered in this gorgeous settling to watch the awards ceremony, while the audience had the chance to enjoy a few delicacies served at the stalls of Dubai’s greatest Italian food distributors. The whole day was cheered up by acrobatic pizza shows and live music. Great success for our burrata Murgella, which was served in a Caprese salad and on pizzas freshly made by Davide Civitiello, 2013 “Pizzaiuoli” world champion.
