From 7th to 9th September London hosted Specialty & Fine Food Fair 2014, an exclusive Wine&Food Event for buyers, artisans and all experts of fine food and drinks, which is held yearly in UK.
Caseificio Palazzo could not miss the opportunity to participate in this event with its long-term distributor in UK, offering a hamper full of new products! This year, the Queen of all products by Caseificio Palazzo, “Her Majesty the Burrata Pugliese” was accompanied by a new cheese, “His Majesty the King Pecorino Gran Murgiano Pugliese”, a hard cheese made with sheep milk and produced following an old traditional recipe of the Puglia region’s cuisine.
