Taste of Milano 2014 closed with great success on May 11th. The wine and food festival held in Milan at SUPERSTUDIO PIU’, Via Tortona 27, “starred” the best restaurants and star chefs as protagonists, and hosted exceptional sponsors and food farming firms such as Caseificio Palazzo.
During the four-day-long kermesse, the visitors could make an experential journey inside the Italian and international Cuisine, through Cooking labs, showcooking, blind tasting and sophisticated dishes.
In this unique context, Caseificio Palazzo showcased its cheese specialties to the world of chefs and food trotters looking for special culinary experiences.
Great success for the tarte tatin with a top of oregano marinated tomatoes, burrata and lemon sorbet, an amazing recipe by Chef Andrea Provenzani (Il Liberty Restaurant, viale Monte Grappa 6, Milan – www.il-liberty.com). More than 1200 portions were served throughout the festival!
