Caseificio Palazzo participated in the 2nd edition of TASTE OF ROMA 2013, a food & wine event held in Rome, at “Auditorium Parco della Musica”, from 26th to 29th September. In this unique culinary frame, Caseificio Palazzo had the chance to present its dairy specialities to the world of chefs and to the community of food trotters in search of exceptional culinary experiences.
The chefs’ creativity combined with a range of high-quality products supplied by other agro-food companies participating in the exhibition, gave birth to interesting culinary combinations with our products. A few examples: burrata with pear and truffle, burrata with smoked salmon, nodini di fior di latte (small knots of mozzarella) with watercress buds.
