Ingredients for 4 mini portions
- 400g Caciocavallo Silano DOP grated into matchsticks
- Fresh thyme
- 500g spinach
- A knob of butter
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of mortadella
- 100g pistachio crumble
Method
01 In a non-stick pan, form the classic circular taco shape and sprinkle with cheese and thyme leaves. 02 Heat for a few minutes on both sides and fold over a rolling pin to obtain the classic taco shape. 03 In a hot pan, sauté the spinach with butter and garlic. 04 Fill the tacos with the spinach, mortadella, and pistachios.
