- 500g veal fillet
- Salt (a/r)
- Pepper (a/r)
- Lemon juice (a/r)
- Parsley
- Thyme (a/r)
- 1 tbsp tajin sauce
- 15 ripe raspberries
- 2 smoked burrata
Finely chop the meat and season with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and thyme leaves.
Leave to marinate for 15 minutes, then arrange on a serving plate, finishing with creamy burrata and raspberries.
Serve with warm bread.
